Proposed Improvements
Sometimes the non-turbo clock fails to properly initialize and during this time provides an unstable signal. The OSC output at the bus shows approximately 20 Mhz during this time. The proposed improvement to this circuit is seen below. I will test it further and introduce this change in the next revision of the board.
